Why there are no prices anywhere

You will not find a figure, a range or a starting-from price on any page of this site, and that is deliberate rather than an omission. A published number is accurate for one job and misleading on the next, and plumbing work varies with what is actually found. The honest version is a diagnosis first and then a price in writing, which is what you get.

Guidance is general

The service and city pages describe how failures typically occur in South Florida and what usually causes them. That is general information written from cited sources, not advice about your particular property. Anything to do with shutting off gas, working on live electrical connections or entering a space with sewage in it should be left to somebody qualified, and in an emergency the first call should be to us or to the relevant utility.

Licensing

Work is performed under Florida plumbing contractor license CFC1433655. The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation maintains the public register and you are encouraged to check it rather than rely on a claim on a website, which is true of any contractor.

Accuracy of what is written here

The regional facts on the city pages come from named sources including municipal websites, county utilities and public records, and they were correct when they were checked. Municipalities change utility arrangements, permit processes and boundaries, and this site cannot guarantee that every such fact is current at the moment you read it. Where a decision depends on one, confirm it with the authority named.
